The Poolesville PTSA is excited to announce a Sticker Design Contest for all students! This contest celebrates what makes Poolesville High School unique, one school community made up of four amazing houses: Global Ecology, Humanities, Independent Studies Program (ISP), and SMCS
For National Sticker Day on January 13th, 2026 your PHS PTSA will be selling a variety of fun tech/water bottle stickers during lunch. We will also be selling specially designed stickers just for each grade. This is your opportunity to submit a design, and then vote on those designs! What says Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior to you?! Show us with a creative design!
Theme:
“One Poolesville”
Your design should reflect unity, showing how all four houses come together as one school, one identity, and one community. Designs should be modern, fun, and high school-friendly. Your design should be for your grade level, one will be selected for each grade level and sold at lunch on National Sticker Day January 13th, 2026!
Winners:

One winner for each grade level

Winning designs will be printed and used as official Poolesville PTSA stickers.
Voting:

Voting will open on Tuesday 12/23/25 after the submission deadline.

Each grade will vote on the design only for their grade.

Voting will end on Sunday 12/28/25 at Midnight (Yes this will be over winter break)
Prize:

The winning designs per grade will be used as official Poolesville PTSA stickers for our PTSA fundraiser on January 13th, 2026.

Winners get 20 stickers for free from the variety we’ll offer including up to 5 with their winning design!

Note: By submitting your design, you agree to allow Poolesville PTSA to use it in future campaigns and fundraisers.

Fundraiser Donations!
PARENTS begin donating now! With your donation of $26 or more your student can bring an image of the receipt of your donation to our table during lunch on January 13th and select several stickers from our wide variety of stickers available including the specially designed sticker for their grade!
UPDATED - Deadline
All entries should be submitted by Monday, 12/22/25 by midnight. All entries must be submitted electronically to ptsapoolesvillehs@gmail.com . Be sure to include your full name, house and grade level in your submission. You will need to use a non student MCPS email to send to this address.
Design Guidelines

Design Elements:

Original design that must clearly connect to the theme of “One Poolesville”. The design can represent just your grade level and can include all houses, it should not be only for a specific house. The design should emphasize one identity, one community.

Must include class year and “PTSA” somewhere in the design. For class year it can be graduation year, xxth grade or freshman/sophomore/junior/senior, any of these are acceptable.

The design should be appropriate for school use.

The PTSA will review all designs and any designs having inappropriate, or any “ist” themes will not be considered.

Size and Format:

Sticker friendly design (bold lines, clear images, readable text).

The design should not exceed 2”x2”

Submit in high resolution using one of the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg. .jiff, .bmp, .png, .gif, .heic, .svg, .webp

Stickers will be high quality vinyl tech stickers to be used on water bottles, tech devices etc.

Original Work: The design must be your own. No copyrighted images, logos or artwork may be used. If you would like to use any official Poolesville Logos please reach out to us at ptsapoolesvillehs@gmail.com and we can provide the files.
